Propilia is a web application that allows users to create virtual home staging for their real estate listings using AI-based image generation and related tools.  

2. Ownership and Usage Rights  

2.1 Virtual Staging Output  
When you purchase a subscription or credits on Propilia, you gain the right to generate virtual staging images for your real estate listings.  

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:  
- Use the generated virtual staging for your own real estate marketing purposes (e.g., listings, brochures, social media, presentations).  

You **own the virtual staging outputs** you generate for your own use, subject to these Terms.  

2.2 Restrictions  
You are **not allowed to**:  
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the virtual staging outputs as a standalone product.  
- Use the virtual staging outputs to create a competing service or dataset for training AI or similar tools.  

3. Refund Policy  

You may request a full refund within **7 days** of your initial purchase, provided that you have not abused or excessively used the Service in a way that is unreasonable or fraudulent.

We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request and may refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.  

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities  

- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and making a purchase.  
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.  
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.  
- You agree not to use Propilia for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to uploading or generating content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.  

5. Data Collection and Privacy  

We collect and process personal data such as your name, email address, and payment information as necessary to provide and operate the Service. We also use web cookies to collect non-personal data related to your use of the Website.

6. Payments and Third-Party Services  

Payments on Propilia are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment provider.  

We may also use third-party AI providers to generate virtual staging. Only the minimum necessary data is sent to these providers to generate the requested images.  

7. Service Availability and Modifications  

We strive to keep Propilia available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice.  

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from interruptions, errors, or modifications to the Service, except as required by applicable law.  

8. Limitation of Liability  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propilia and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.  

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.  

9. Governing Law  

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Propilia shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.  

10. Updates to These Terms  

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting an updated version on this page.  

Your continued use of Propilia after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
